dev, here are the new manpages for coherence, would you please add them to future releases

(In [1227]) man-pages for /usr/bin/coherence and /usr/bin/applet-coherence - thx cjsmo!

The is a new docs/man folder for the coherence.1 file, maybe we'll have some time some more there.

The applet-coherence.1 file is included in the misc/Desktop-Applet folder, doesn't make sense to install it without the applet itself.
